Kevin was kind. Kevin was smart. Kevin was unique. Kevin was different. Kevin was affectionate. Kevin was strong. Kevin taught us that it is okay to cry. That it is okay to show emotions. That it is okay to be afraid of things. That it is okay to ask for help. Kevin was scared of many things. But he was one of the bravest men I’ve ever met. Kevin was pure kindness. Kevin didn't get Maths. He was good at words. Kevin read. Kevin wrote. Kevin didn't often watch movies. He did watch many documentaries though Kevin had a thought on everything. He was scared of planes. Kevin had many, many stories to tell. Kevin loved beer, especially warm beer. Kevin was a man full of culture. Kevin was interesting. He had insomnia. Sometimes, he didn't sleep for days. Sometimes, when he had insomnia, he walked through his street in the middle of the night. Kevin let life guide him everywhere. Once, he travelled to India without any plans or any bookings. Kevin said that the point of learning a new language was speaking it naturally. Kevin loved the Arctic Monkeys. Once, Kevin took an injection of toad poison to clean his body. He said it worked. Kevin was a vegetarian. And if he was reading this he would say that he is almost a vegan. Kevin loved coffee. Kevin was the best teacher in the world. He loved talking about his life stories and listening to our stories, too. He believed that the sun had healing powers. Kevin hated injustice. He was a fair person. Kevin was hilarious. He beat his brother with a hammer once, when they were younger. According to Kevin, his brother was annoying him. And he didn't get tired of telling this story over and over again. He fought for the things that he believed in. He backpacked through many, many places. And he took many, many rides, with strangers. Once, he slept on the road, waiting for a ride. Once, Kevin had a telepathic conversation with his friend. Kevin always asked us if we wanted to go tracking with him. I wish I had gone all the times that he asked... Kevin wanted to go to space. Kevin loved Wim Hof (the man who climbed the Everest Mountain in his shorts). Kevin loved talking about the mysterious petroglyphs around the world. Kevin loved planet Earth. Kevin loved music. Kevin loved adventures. Kevin loved many, many things. He was a man full of love.
